- International orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP).
- Customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling fees are not collected at checkout.
- Any applicable charges must be paid by you before or upon delivery.
- We cannot refund customs duties, import taxes or handling fees, including when an order is returned.
- If customs charges are not paid, the carrier may return the shipment to us or abandon it. Any resulting costs may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
